Registration

Diamond Gymnastics holds 6 class sessions per year.  Each sessions pricing is based on session length.  An annual registration fee of $25 will be charged upon registration and at the start of the Fall Session going forward.  Any athlete not enrolled for our Fall Session will pay the registration fee upon their sign-up.  Diamond Gymnastics class registration is via email only.  Enrollment placement, for classes and camp, is based on the child’s age at the start of the session.  Please review our class policies before registering. To register your athlete for a session please download the class registration form, complete and email back to dghoboken@gmail.com

Class registration begins during the following months and is ongoing:

Fall Session 1 & Session 2 Winter Session 1 & Session 2 Spring Summer
July & October November & February March May

Class registration for each session is conducted as follows:

1st full week of the month: Open to CURRENTLY enrolled athletes remaining in the same class day/time/level
2nd full week of the month: Open to CURRENTLY enrolled athletes moving their class day/time/level
3rd full week of the month: Open to NEW or RETURNING athletes

Class Cancellation

Athletes will be charged for all classes up to and including cancellation day, in addition to a two-class penalty.  The registration fee is non-refundable.  There is a $10 fee for credit card refunds once you have been charged for the session.  There is a $25 fee to switch credit cards on file when refunds are necessary.

Camp Cancellation

There are no refunds or make-ups offered for camp.  This applies to our holiday break camps, school closure camps and our summer camp.

Mandatory Shutdown

In the event of a mandatory government closure all classes will be provided virtually.  No refunds/credits/in-studio make-ups will be applied.
