Class Cancellation
Athletes will be charged for all classes up to and including cancellation day, in addition to a two-class penalty. The registration fee is non-refundable. There is a $10 fee for credit card refunds once you have been charged for the session. There is a $25 fee to switch credit cards on file when refunds are necessary.
Private Lesson Cancellation
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice when canceling a private lesson otherwise you will be charged the full amount of the lesson.
Camp Cancellation
There are no refunds or make-ups offered for camp. This applies to our holiday break camps, school closure camps and our summer camp.
Make-Up
No make-ups classes are offered. If your athlete misses a class you will be forfeiting the class. No refunds/prorate/studio-credits are offered for missed classes for any reason.
Injury
Athletes excused from gymnastics activity due to injury will be removed from the roster. If a written doctors note is provided a credit will be applied to their account for studio use. Studio credits can be used for studio merchandise, classes, private lessons, camps and/or birthday parties. If you do not want to remove your Athlete from the roster you will need to use the make-up classes provided in your child’s class session. No additional make-ups will be offered due to injury.
Illness
Diamond’s policy states that your Athlete should be kept home if they are experiencing any of the following symptoms during the night before and/or morning of their class:
– fever over 100.4 (athletes must be fever free for 24 hours without the aid of a fever reducer PRIOR to returning to their class)
– chills/diarrhea/cold-flu symptoms
– excessive coughing
– vomiting
– feelings of fatigue, discomfort, weakness or muscle aches
Changes
Diamond’s class schedule is subject to change based on enrollment. Diamond instructors are also subject to change. Diamond will combine classes if class attendance is either low or coaches are absent.

Mandatory Shutdown
In the event of a mandatory government closure all classes will be provided virtually. No refunds/credits/in-studio make-ups will be applied.
