Diamond Gymnastics Summer Camp is a fun and exciting way for your children to spend the summer! Offered to children ages 5 and up, with a 7-to-1 ration, full day campers will enjoy gymnastics instruction, swim instruction, open swim, park play, relays, games and more! Diamond travels daily to Secaucus to enjoy their outdoor pool for instructional swim along with open swim and play, followed by a picnic lunch. Swim instruction is offered two days a week with safety certified lifeguards. Campers will be visiting one of Hoboken’s local parks for organized sports/games and free play fun.

Summer camp is offered on a week-to-week basis and discounts are available for early registration of multiple weeks and/or siblings. Early registration eligibility ends on April 1st. All coaching staff is First Aid, CPR trained and Safety Certified. Come join us for a fun filled summer at Diamond Gymnastics!

• Week 2: July 1 - July 3 * pro-rated due to short week
• Week 3: July 8 - July 12
• Week 4: July 15 - July 19
• Week 5: July 22 - July 26

• Week 7: Aug 5 -Aug 9
• Week 8: Aug 12 -Aug 16
• Week 9: Aug 19 -Aug 23
• Week 10: Aug 26 - Aug 30

Summary of Things to know for camp:

❖ All campers must bring the following items daily:
• Spray Sunscreen(body)
• Stick Sunscreen(face)
• Full change of clothing including underwear (shirt must be purple)
• Hand sanitizer
• Empty water bottle
• Flotation device if unable to swim independently (please label)
• Purple Diamond T-shirt or Diamond Tank-Top (two needed daily: wet play/dry play)
• Sneakers & Flip/Flops
• Water Bottle
• Snack (nut free)
• Lunch (nut free)
• Hat (optional)

❖ All personal items should be labeled with campers full name.

❖ Campers must be 5 years of age or older to enroll for Full Day Summer Camp.

❖ Drop-off and Pick-up will be outside only with NO parents/guardians/sitter/siblings allowed to enter the facility.

❖ It is required that all campers have a purple Diamond shirt/tank top for each camp day.

❖ All campers must have payment in full and proper paperwork submitted prior to the start of Camp (no walk-ins will be accepted).

❖ Diamond Gymnastics is a nut aware facility. We ask that all snacks and lunch items sent with campers do not contain any type of nuts, peanut butter or peanut oils.

❖ Only authorized individuals listed on the Camp Enrollment Form are allowed to pick up children. Children will not be released unless photo I.D. is provided. Please ensure those listed on the sign out authorization form are aware they must bring a photo I.D. for pick up.

❖ Diamond Gymnastics has a 3-strike policy. If at any time the instructor/management feels that your child is endangering themselves or other campers they will be removed from the activity immediately. After 3 misbehavior’s your child may be asked not to return to the program.

Refund Policy
❖ All cancellations must be in writing. All tuition payments are fully refundable by April 1, 2024. Cancellations received from April 2nd and June 1st, 2024 will receive 50% refund; there are no refunds for cancellations received after June 1st, 2024. Camp weeks are not transferrable. Camp weeks cannot be altered after April 1st. There are no refunds for absences, changes or withdrawals after Camp starts. There are no make-ups for absences. No refunds will be made if the Camp should find it advisable not to open or to close Camp early for any unseen conditions or emergencies.
